I hired this company a week ago to remove decals from my food truck. I contacted the owner Neil, who assured me that this work can be done in 2 days. a week goes by and And after several conversations with Neil, I was expecting it back today 07/30/2026. I wasn’t too concerned because I know due to inclement weather,we had a few rainy days While my food truck was in the shop at Krazy Kustoms. I was under the impression that Neil was the person that was gonna be doing the work. He was the one that picked up my trailer, and I thought that he would be the one returning my trailer to me at the commissary kitchen where he picked it up from. Well lo and behold, that is not the case Neil did not return my vehicle. He said his nephew was driving my trailer/ pulling my trailer back to the commissary. I kept calling him, kept calling him no answer finally he answered to tell me that my trailer was in a wreck. and he got into a but then admitted that his nephew was driving and crashed my trailer. By far the best rim shop around! Drove over an hour to come see these guys who have been in business for years. In and out within an hour, and by far the best price. Customer service was A1, too!

Never going back! The owner lied about services he did to my vehicle Would not give me any receipts and they bent my wheel while changing my tire. He also lied about balancing. Found out from one of his employees that he doesn't even have the machine to balance my wheel which takes a force balance.
